The purchaser will be required to erect a new boundary fence between points A and B on the attached plan and will also be required to create a new vehicular access from the road to the land being sold. The Vendor has already obtained planning permission for the new access and specific details can be obtained from the Selling Agent or by searching for application ref: 18/01916/FUL (North West Leicestershire District Council). There is a separate access to the section of land which sits north of the residential properties.
