Capita Real Estate, on behalf of Severn Trent Water, has been instructed to lease its former branch office at Anstey Lane, north of Leicester.
The office building comprises approximately 24,203 sq ft / 2,248.6 sq m arranged over two floors, benefitting from 108 car parking spaces (ratio 1:224 sq ft).
The site will be available from early 2016. It has its own dedicated access off Anstey Lane, adjacent to the A46 within five minutes’ drive of J21a of the M1 to the east and Leicester City Centre to the south west.
The offices can either be taken as a whole or in part from 5,670 sq ft up to 24,203 sq ft.
